ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के गरीब एवं वंचित आवास विहीन परिवारों को आवास उपलब्ध कराना।

 

पात्रता की शर्तें- कुष्ठ रोग से प्रभावित आवास विहीन पात्र परिवार, प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण बेघर हो जाने वाले पात्र परिवार, कालाजार से प्रभावित आवास विहीन पात्र परिवार, बनटांगिया एवं मुसहर वर्ग के आवास विहीन पात्र परिवार, जे.ई./ए.ई.एस. से प्रभावित आवास विहीन पात्र परिवार, एसईसीसी 2011 से छूटे आवास विहीन परिवार।

 

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया- योजनान्तर्गत ग्राम पंचायतो का उक्त शर्तों के अनुसार सर्वे कराकर PWL तैयार की जाती है जिससे आवास आवंटित किये जाते हैं। आवास की साईट का लिंक https://rhreporting.nic.in है।

 

मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना में कितने पैसे मिलते हैं?

सामान्य जिलों के लाभार्थियों को 1.20 लाख रुपए और नक्सलग्रस्त जिलों में 1.30 लाख रुपए दिए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा प्रति आवास शौचालय के लिए 12 हजार रुपए दिए जाएंगे।

 

2022 में ग्रामीण आवास योजना कब आएगी?

आवास योजना की शुरुआत 25 जून 2015 को हुई थी। इस योजना से मुख्यतः निम्न आय वर्ग व मध्यम आय वर्ग के लोगों को लाभ मिल रहा है। इस योजना के तहत सरकार द्वारा 31 मार्च 2022 तक 2 करोड़ घर बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। सरकार द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना राशि में सब्सडी भी दी जाती है।

 

मुख्यमंत्री आवास कैसे प्राप्त करें?

सबसे पहले आपको मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण 2023 की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाये। इसके बाद आपके सामने वेबसाइट का होम पेज खुल जाएगा। वेबसाइट के होम पेज पर आपको सिटीजन अस्सेस्मेंट की केटेगरी में जाकर बेनेफिट्स 3 कॉम्पोनेन्ट पर क्लिक करना होगा। अब आपको अपना आधार नंबर तथा नाम दर्ज करना होगा।

 

मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना में कैसे नाम जोड़े?

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना में अपना नाम जोड़ने के लिए सबसे पहले आप सरकार की वेबसाइट pmayg.nic.in को ओपन करें। इसके बाद Data Entry के विकल्प को चुने। इसके बाद यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें। फिर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के विकल्प को चुने

 

ग्रामीण आवास कब आएगा?

प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना का विस्तार मार्च से मार्च 2024 तक कर दिया गया है। अब ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रहने वाले पात्र शेष नागरिको इस योजना के माध्यम से पक्का घर प्राप्त हो सकेगा। इस योजना का विस्तार करने के पश्चात शेष 155.75 लाख घरों के निर्माण किए जाएंगे।

Providing housing to the poor and deprived families without housing in rural areas.

 

Eligibility conditions- Eligible families without shelter affected by leprosy, eligible families rendered homeless due to natural calamity, eligible families without shelter affected by Kala-azar, eligible families without residence of Bantangia and Mushar category, J.E./A.E. .s. Eligible houseless families affected by SECC, houseless families left out of SECC 2011.

 

Process of application- PWL is prepared by surveying the Gram Panchayats under the scheme according to the above conditions, from which the houses are allotted. The link to the site of residence is https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/newreport-asp.

 

How much money is received in the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme?

Rs 1.20 lakh will be given to the beneficiaries of normal districts and Rs 1.30 lakh in Naxalite affected districts. Apart from this, 12 thousand rupees will be given for toilet per house.

 

When will the rural housing scheme come in 2022?

The housing scheme was launched on 25 June 2015. People of low income group and middle income group are mainly getting benefit from this scheme. Under this scheme, a target has been set by the government to build 2 crore houses by March 31, 2022. Subsidy is also given by the government in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana amount.

To add your name to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, first of all open the government's website pmayg.nic.in. After that choose the option of Data Entry. After that login with user name and password. Then choose the option of online form

 

When will rural housing come?

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana has been extended from March to March 2024. Now remaining eligible citizens living in rural areas will be able to get pucca houses through this scheme. After expanding this scheme, the remaining 155.75 lakh houses will be constructed.
