मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना

(राज्यांश 100 प्रतिशत)

 योजनान्तर्गत प्रति जोड़ा रू. 51000/- की धनराशि के व्यय का प्राविधान है | जिसमें रू. 35000/- की धनराशि कन्या के खाते में, रू. 10000/- की धनराशि कन्या के यथा वस्त्र आदि तथा रू. 6000/- की धनराशि कार्यक्रम की व्यवस्था हेतु व्यय किये जाने का प्राविधान है |

 पात्रता की शर्तें :

कन्या के अभिभावक उ०प्र० के मूल निवासी हों | परिवार की आय समस्त स्रोतों से रू. 2 लाख से अधिक न हो, कन्या की आयु न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष तथा वर की आयु 21 वर्ष पूर्ण होनी चाहिए | आयु की पुष्टि के लिए शैक्षिक अभिलेख, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, आधार कार्ड तथा मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड मान्य होंगे | आरक्षित वर्ग के आवेदकों को जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा | निराश्रित कन्या , विधवा महिला की पुत्री तथा दिव्यांग कन्या को प्राथमिकता प्रदान की जाएगी | कन्या का राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक में  संचालित खाता संख्या एवं आई.एफ.एस.सी. कोड भी देना होगा |

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया :

योजना में ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के आवेदकों द्वारा आवेदन पत्र सम्बंधित खंड विकास अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा किये जायेंगे | नगरीय क्षेत्र के आवेदकों द्वारा नगर निगम तथा सम्बंधित नगर पालिकाओं के कार्यालय में जमा किये जायेंगे| आवेदन पत्रों की जांच, स्वीकृति तथा धनराशि प्रदान किये जाने की कार्यवाही इन्हीं निकायों द्वारा की जाएँगी तथा सामूहिक विवाह का आयोजन तिथि निश्चित किये जाने के उपरांत सार्वजानिक स्थलों पर किया जायेगा | आवेदन पत्र उपरोक्त कर्यालाओं अथवा जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी बरेली के स्तर से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं |

Chief Minister Group Marriage Scheme

(State share 100 percent)

Per pair under the scheme Rs. There is a provision for expenditure of Rs.51000/-. In which Rs. 35000/- in the girl's account, Rs. 10000/- for the girl's clothes etc. and Rs. There is a provision to spend an amount of 6000/- for the arrangement of the programme.

 Eligibility Conditions :

 The guardian of the girl should be a native of Uttar Pradesh. Family income from all sources Rs. 2 lakhs, the age of the girl should be minimum 18 years and the age of the groom should be 21 years. Educational records, birth certificate, voter ID card, Aadhaar card and MNREGA job card will be valid for age confirmation. Reserved category applicants will have to submit caste certificate. Priority will be given to destitute girls, daughters of widowed women and disabled girls. Girl's account number operated in nationalized bank and I.F.S.C. Code will also have to be given.

 Under the scheme, applications will be submitted by applicants from rural areas to the concerned Block Development Officer's office. Will be submitted by the applicants of the urban area in the office of the Municipal Corporation and the concerned municipalities. Proceedings of scrutiny of applications, approval and grant of funds will be done by these bodies only and group marriages will be organized at public places after fixing the date. Application forms can be obtained from the above offices or from the level of District Social Welfare Officer, Bareilly.
