1) Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, an expert in Communication and Electronic Warfare, has assumed charge as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command, headquartered in Mumbai, succeeding Vice Admiral Sanjay J.
