1) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has announced that the proceedings of the Lower House will now be available in all 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution, ensuring greater inclusivity.
➨ With the recent addition of Kashmiri, Konkani, and Santali, the service has been expanded from the earlier 18 languages (Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Kannada, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu) to cover the complete list.

2) Manika Vishwakarma was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
➨ She will represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November.

3) The State Bank of India (SBI) has rolled out a special Agniveer Personal Loan Scheme for youth enrolled under the Agnipath recruitment program.
➨ Under this scheme, Agniveers can avail loans of up to ₹4 lakh without collateral or processing fee, while defence personnel are being offered a concessional 10.50% interest rate on personal loans till 30 September 2025.
